Happy Sunday! I hope you have had a wonderful week. This week was a little crazy around my house as I was diagnosed with the flu on Monday. I have a hard time understanding how we have sent men to the moon but can’t come up with a flu shot that actually keeps us from getting the flu. On a positive note, wow, does making it to the doctor in time to get a prescription for Tamiflu make a huge difference. Monday I felt like I had been ran over by a truck and Tuesday it felt more like I fell off my bike, haha.
Another thing that really helped with my congestion was this diffuser with On Guard and Peppermint Essential oils. It acts like a mini vaporizer infused with essential oils that helped me breathe. If you haven’t invested in a diffuser yet, I highly recommend it. I only have one now but am going to get a second to have a school. I also have this box to store my oils in at home and this pouch that holds up to 5 oils making it easy to carry them with me on the go.
This Week’s Posts:
While at home in bed this week I watched a lot of television! One of the more interesting shows had an interview with Christie Brinkley and other women who have amazing skin. The biggest take away other than drinking a ton of water and eating clean was exfoliation. In addition to Exuviance, I exfoliate daily with Michael Todd Soniclear Petite. I think it makes a perfect gift if you are still Christmas shopping which by the way I am! I always am in awe of people who have wrapped up their shopping by now! I have the hardest time holding onto gifts if I buy too early. I just want to give them right away!
This week I’ll be sharing a guide to stocking stuffing! It was one of my favorite things that my grandma always did for me. She always filled mine with little thoughtful treasures along with all those little things that I needed but didn’t especially like to buy. This year, Taylor will get her first stocking like this and I think she will really appreciate it. I hope you have a wonderful Sunday!
