I wanted to invite you to join me on a 5 day challenge to help reset your metabolism by eating clean. I don’t want you to think of this as a resolution but as a goal to reset your eating habits and clear out all of the toxins and not so healthy foods we’ve eaten over the holidays. 5 days is a short amount of time as I want us to be able to accomplish this goal. After the 5 days if you’d like to keep going, I’m here to support you!

I will be starting tomorrow, but feel free to start when you are ready.
This week’s plan:
Breakfast: Premier Protein Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Shake (160 calories, 30 grams of protein)
1/2 Protein Shake (80 calories) & broccoli, squash, egg white and tomato salad ( 65 calories) with Walden Farms (0 calorie dressing)
Either a Protein Shake (160 calories) or a Quest Bar (160-190 calories) and unlimited cucumber 🥒 and lettuce.
4-8 ounces of lean meat (salmon, chicken, or pork) and 1-2 cups of vegetables) (approximately 300 calories).
Total Caloric Intake- 600-900 calories/day
Remember to drink at least 64 ounces of water throughout the day. This not only helps with ridding toxins from your body, but also helps you feel full.
Try to avoid fruit, bread, dairy, and alcohol for these 5 days. I think you’ll be amazed by how great your body feels at the end of the week!
Limit exercise this week (especially hard core cardio) due to the lower caloric intake.
