1. For the Love: Fighting for Grace In a World of Impossible Standards by Jen Hatmaker
This is the first book I’ve read (actually listened to on audio book) written by Jen Hatmaker. It is a true gem! If you are a Christian, a mom, a wife or girlfriend, I can almost guarantee that you’ll love this book! Her voice really shines in the audiobook & know I’ll listen to this book more than once! I’m now checking out her other books and trying to decide which book of hers I’ll read next. If you choose to read the book, I’d love to hear your thoughts! I may even start a book club on the blog. Then we can all read, discuss, and grow together. If you have a book Recomendation, please share in a comment or you can email me on the Contact Page on the blog!
2. Adnan’s Story
Whether you’ve been a fan of Serial, Undisclosed, Truth And Justice, and Real Crime Rofile Podcasts (which I highly recommend) or not, this book is nothing less than amazing! I recommend the audio version read by the author Rabia Chaudry. If you’re interested in the justice system and wrongful convictions, this book & podcasts are highly recommended! Just a little warning, be prepared to sit in your car listening long after your commute until the end of a chapter or Podcast broadcast. This book has quickly landed on the New York Times Best Seller List! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! #FreeAdnon
